Position: Digital Demand Generation Manager
About FormulyticFormulytic is a strategic advisory for B2B SaaS organizations, providing demand generation and marketing operations support via the full-funnel management of marketing programs and processes across numerous industries. We don’t believe in the traditional agency model. We build sales pipeline sourced from digital marketing programs, then back it up with the marketing infrastructure support needed to ensure optimal throughput through the marketing and sales funnel. Providing a complete demand generation and marketing infrastructure solution, we augment a company’s complete marketing strategy through to revenue.
About YouThe Digital Demand Generation Manager is a core member of the team, literally! You’ll be our fourth employee in total, working directly with the company founder to define and execute strategies on behalf of clients. Successful candidates will be rooted in analytics, yet are capable of up-leveling the details and communicating both plans and results in a client-facing role. Candidates will own and execute the organic search strategy on behalf of all clients, must be highly analytical and data driven, and comfortable and excel working in a small startup work environment with freedom to execute client strategy.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:Manage paid search, paid social, programmatic display and optimize across all B2B lifecycle stages - lead, MQL, SQL, Opportunity, and Closed Won.Analyze organic search performance from SERP to content across all core KPI's - traffic, conversion rate, and all B2B lifecycle stages.Measure content performance across content themes/topics and surface a prioritized content strategy that meets instated goals.Measure and report weekly and monthly on full-funnel performance trends.Leverage market data to ideate content topics for production by in-house + freelance writers for our clients.Write short-form copy for purposes of optimizing content on-page as well as support our paid media team member with ads as needed.Maintain editorial calendars on behalf of our clients.Collaborate cross-functionally with other stakeholders - paid media, content, and demand gen teams to drive growth from strategic campaign initiatives.Technical aptitude and knowledge of website structure - HTML, CSS, Schema.org markup, and XMLAnalyze internal and external link profiles and expand link relationships for deeper contextual and semantic understanding of content.
A little more about you:3+ years experience executing paid media and organic strategies either in-house or at an agencyExperience running paid and organic search strategies as part of a demand generation team either directly within or on behalf of a B2B SaaS organization.Experience building paid media and organic search dashboardsProficiency with tools such as Search Console, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Deepcrawl, etc.Ability to analyze performance full-funnel, providing visibility into ROI and CAC paybackComfortable operating in high pressure client facing scenariosCommunication is key - we need a strong, clear communicator that likes working with fast moving companies
Optional ExperienceExperience with tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Marketo preferredExperience optimizing programmatic display campaigns through DSP's such as DV360.Thrives in the early stages of a company, is creative, has strong hustle, and is motivated by real results.
